A group of about six or seven people comprising family members of shooting victim Richianna DeGuzman held vigil for her Tuesday on the lawn fronting the Department of Education across the street from The Queen’s Medical Center. The vigil, which started Saturday, had been moved from hospital grounds to its current location on state property. Gov. Josh Green granted permission for the group to remain there to allow them to grieve
