Melissa Harper-Osai and Al Medeiros participated in a sign waving event to raise awareness against cyber bullying in front of the state Capitol on Wednesday. Harper-Osai is the mother of a 14-year-old non-verbal autistic son who was photographed by another student while using the bathroom at Campbell High School on April 17. The photograph was made public on social media.
