Hawaiian Airlines employees toss Genki Balls into the Ala Wai Canal, Saturday, April 2, in Honolulu. The balls contain bacteria that digests and oxygenates sludge in the canal. 5,000 Genki Balls were tossed into the Ala Wai as part of a Genki Ala Wai Project and Eco Rotary Club of Kaka'ako event.See related coverage
