In response to the death of a renowned Taiwanese dancer and choreographer who drowned at Kailua Beach in December, th eHawaii Kai Lions Club installed rescue tubes to help prevent other drownings there on Thursday. Pictured securing straps for the rescue tube is Eric Kvick from the club.
