At the Aliamanu Community Center gym, Cpt. Evan Pardue, left, and 2Lt. Donavan Lower coordinate water delivery for Aliamanu Military Reservation residents. In response to the ongoing water crisis, the U.S. Army formed “Task Force Ohana” to provide assistance to residents of the Aliamanu Military Reservation and Red Hill. Over 250 Soldiers from 2nd Squadron, 14th Cavalry Regt. are going door-to-door delivering potable water.
