HART warns public to stay off tracks

After four individuals broke into the Halawa station on Monday and were captured on surveillance video walking along the track, the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation issued a warning to the public about the danger of electrocution due to electrified tracks which are undergoing testing.
