Travelers wait in line to be screened after arriving on transpacific flights on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport in Honolulu, Hawaii. Thirty transpacific flights arrived on Thursday, as the state of Hawaii opened its long awaited pre-travel COVID-19 testing program that allows arriving travelers to bypass the 14-day quarantine with a negative COVID-19 test result up to 72 hours prior to the arriving flight.
