Power outage closes Kapunahala Elementary in Kaneohe today
Kapunahala Elementary School in Kaneohe is closed to students and faculty today due to a power outage and low water pressure.
The school is notifying staff and students’ families, according to Nanea Ching, communications director for the state Department of Education.
All other Hawaii public schools are open as scheduled.
