Honolulu firefighter Jeffrey Fiala honored
Honolulu firefighters, including members of Jeffrey Fiala’s recruit class, paid their respects as a convoy carrying the body of the HFD firefighter passed outside Fire Station 1 downtown. Fiala, 25, who was deployed after he completed training in March, died Monday night while responding to a building fire in the Pawaa-McCully area.
