Hilton Hawaiian Village workers prepare Thanksgiving meals for IHS

Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort will continue its 29-year tradition of donating meals to the Institute for Human Services this holiday season. Hilton’s kitchen was full of activity Tuesday as its chefs prepared 450 traditional Thanksgiving lunches for IHS. On the menu for Thursday: 250 pounds of turkey and 11 gallons of gravy; 175 pounds each of stuffing and rice; 80 pounds of mixed vegetables; 11 gallons of cranberry sauce; and 60 pumpkin pies.
