Aggressive shark prompts warning signs at Kahe Point beach

A shark warning has been issued for the beach at Kahe Point, also known as Electric Beach, after an aggressive 6- to 8-foot shark was spotted this morning 100-150 yards offshore.

Honolulu Emergency Services has posted signs in the area and advises beachgoers to consult lifeguards for current conditions.

No injuries were reported. In case of emergency, call 911.
