Bicyclist, 22, seriously injured in collision with vehicle near Sand Island
A 22-year-old woman was seriously injured Tuesday afternoon in a collision between a bicycle and an automobile near Sand Island, according to Honolulu Emergency Medical Services.
The incident occurred around 3:10 p.m. near 214 Sand Island Access Road.
EMS paramedics treated the woman at the scene and transported her to a trauma hospital in serious condition. No other injuries were reported.
