Kupuna talent on display at Honolulu Hale

Twenty-two senior painters from the OOPPS Club (Original Oil Painting Pals) and New Beginnings Painters debuted an exhibit featuring 100 original oil paintings at Honolulu Hale on Wednesday, September 18, 2024. The artwork was painted by senior citizens, ranging in age from 64 -89 years old, who participate in the programs through the Dept. of Parks & Recreation’s Makua Ali‘i Senior Center. The free exhibit will be on display at Honolulu Hale, 520 S. King Street, through October 16, 2024, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
