A memorial service will be held to honor the late Twinkle Borge, beloved leader of Pu‘uhonua O Wai‘anae (POW). Twinkle was known for her tireless efforts to uplift her community and pioneer a compassionate approach to houselessness on O‘ahu’s Leeward coast.
