Kapi‘olani threatens lockout of union nurses

                                Gidget Ruscetta, chief operating officer of Kapi‘olani Medical Center for Women & Children, responded to the second strike notice from the Hawaii Nurses’ Association during a news conference Wednesday saying the hospital would impose a lockout of union nurses if the one-day strike is implemented.
