HART board considers contract for final segment of Skyline

                                The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation is preparing to award a contract to build the final 3-mile segment of Skyline to Kakaako. Construction continued just past the Mokauea Kalihi station along Dil­lingham Boulevard on Tuesday.
