City says TheBus, HandiVan phone and online services are back online
As of about 10 p.m. The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Transportation Services (DTS) announces that the phone system for TheBus and TheHandi-Van is back online.
The reservations line for TheHandi-Van will open as scheduled at 8 a.m. For those who tried to reserve a ride for Tuesday, June 11 while the phone system was down, Handi-Van Reservations will try to accommodate your request.
DTS appreciates your patience.
