Former Inouye aide receives Army’s Mana O Ke Koa Award

U.S. Army Pacific bestowed its Mana O Ke Koa Award on Jennifer Sabas, the former chief of staff of the late U.S. Sen. Daniel Inouye who is now an influential lobbyist and consultant.
