Gov. Green signs bill into law to reduce taxes in Hawaii

Gov. Josh Green signed HB 2404 and SB 1035 during Monday’s news conference at the state Capitol. The new law, stemming from House Bill 2404, will reduce taxes for households by 10%, to 72%, depending on income, in steps over eight years and provide an estimated $5.6 billion in total savings.
