Volunteers remove trash in Waipahu
Councilmember Augie Tulba partnered with Protectors of Paradise and Covanta H-Power to remove loads of illegal dumping and trash behind Waipahu Elementary School on Friday. The dumping site sits on City Department of Parks and Recreation property along a pathway used by residents and students.
