Groundbreaking ceremonies were held for Enchanted Lake Estates in Kailua. The area will be subdivided to allow for 2,000 lots. Centex Construction Co. will develop homes built of redwood on concrete slabs. There will be a choice of nine models, with each having three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage.
