Students search for the right dress at Promville

Local high school students selected free gowns Saturday to wear to their upcoming proms at the Promville Hawaii Prom Expo at Aloha Tower Marketplace. Scarlett Godinez-Dumadag, who founded the event in 2013, has been giving gowns to high school students whose families are financially challenged.
