Preschool Open Doors (POD) program expand to Hawaii families

The Dept. of Human Services, along with Ready Keiki, is expanding the Preschool Open Doors (POD) program. The expansion includes eligible three-year-olds and increased gross income eligibility limits, making preschool more affordable for families during the upcoming school year.
