Alaska Airlines announces $1.9 billion acquisition of Hawaiian Airlines
Alaska Airlines will acquire Hawaiian Airlines in a $1.9 billion deal, the companies announced Sunday. The acquisition requires regulatory approvals and approval by Hawaiian Holdings shareholders.
