Thousands gather to enjoy the 7th annual Ho’olau Kanaka

The 7th annual Ho’olau Kanaka event, organized by Halau Na Mamo o Puʻuanahulu and the Puaʻainahau Foundation, began with a desire to create more opportunities for audiences to share in and embrace hula and Hawaiian culture, and featured performances and music by many award winning halau hula, Na Hoku Hanohano award winning musicians, experts in various Hawaiian arts, crafts, and traditional practices, local crafters and food vendors.
