Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach and Highgate’s Hawaii collection of seven hotels will be the first in the state to require proof of full vaccination for all employees, guests and patrons effective Oct. 15. The state also renewed its contract with Highgate to operate The Waikiki Pearl as a COVID-19 hotel for residents and visitors that need to isolate.
