Flash flooding was visible along Kamehameha Highway near the Hauula Fire Station this afternoon. Hauula along with Laie, Pupukea, Haleiwa, Kahaluu and Kaneohe are under a flash flood emergency, according to the National Weather Service in Honolulu.
