The Office of Elections has certified all contests except for one between Office of Hawaiian Affairs trustee incumbent Keli‘i Akina and Keoni Souza; the petition for a recount is still pending.
But with the state Supreme Court having dismissed two disputes of the presidential race, Hawaii’s four votes in the Electoral College for president and vice president can be cast on Monday, livestreaming at 2 p.m., facebook.com/elections808.
