On the Move: Jason Quan and Alan Wiltshire

House of Mana Up has announced the hiring of Jason Quan as director of strategy and operations. Quan most recently served as a general manager of DFS Group in Hawaii. House of Mana Up promotes the special stories of Hawaii’s rising entrepreneurs and the premium brands they’ve built.

ShoreFyre Fresh Grill and Bar has announced Alan Wiltshire has been promoted to vice president of operations. Wiltshire, who previous served as the restaurant’s regional general manager, has 16 years of operations experience in the hospitality industry.
