On the Move: Loh and Kubota

The National Park Service has announced the appointment of Rhonda Loh as permanent superintendent of Hawai‘i Volcanoes National Park, effective Dec. 20. Loh had been acting superintendent since April 2019. She started her career in park service as a volunteer in 1989.

Morgan Stanley has announced that Grant Kubota, a senior vice president, financial adviser and certified financial planner in its Wealth Management office in Honolulu has been named to the firm’s prestigious Master’s Club, an elite group composed of the firm’s top financial advisers. He has been with the firm for over 15 years.
