Paul Brown made social distancing and safety changes to his Ward Centre salon on Wednesday to prepare for reopening. Gov. David Ige approved Honolulu Mayor Kirk Caldwell’s proposal to safely reopen more businesses on Oahu on Friday that includes hair salons, barber shops and tattoo parlors.3/16
