VIDEO: EMS spokeswoman Shayne Enright joins the COVID-19 Care Conversation
Honolulu Emergency Medical Services and Ocean Safety spokeswoman Shayne Enright joined the COVID-19 Care Conversation today to talk about how they are responding to the coronavirus pandemic.
Enright says EMS is receiving up to 90 coronavirus-related calls daily, and asks the the public to limit those calls to true emergencies only. She also discussed the paramedics’ personal protective equipment supply and said lifeguards are still hard work even though they may not be stationed at the towers on Oahu’s beaches.
