The Jo-Jan Restaurant, which opened yesterday in the Waialae Shopping Center, utilizes an impressive fountain to separate the main dining area from the cocktail lounge. Designed by architect Hayden Phillips, the distinctive new dining spot follows a Polynesian motif in decor. The restaurant is named for co-owners Joe Fatt and Jan Maresi.
