A recent enforcement sweep at Ala Wai Small Boat Harbor uncovered hundreds of violations.

                                Earlier this month, members of the Ala Wai Small Boat Harbor Neighborhood Watch checked on a 30-foot sloop that was impounded by the state. The group of residents patrols the harbor once a week.
