>> American Savings Bank has hired Tony Cadiz as vice president, senior residential loan officer on its Maui Loans Team. Cadiz has more than 25 years of finance experience, serving as vice president of mortgage lending for Guaranteed Rate and manager of in-house financing at Elite Pacific Properties. Cadiz is also the treasurer of Women Helping Women Maui, as well as a former treasurer for the Asian Real Estate Association of America.

>> Young Brothers LLC has named Jay Ana as president of the company, starting January, replacing interim President Paul Stevens, who has been moved to chairman.

Ana has spent more than 20 years as a finance leader in Hawaii business. He joined Young Brothers in 2014 after starting his career with KPMG’s Honolulu office in public accounting. He most recently served as SVP, CFO for Advantage Webco Hawaii.
