Roche previously served at Albany Medical Center in New York as senior vice president and system chief nursing officer as well as chief operating officer. Her experience also includes 17 years at Rockford Health System in Illinois, where she served as coordinator of emergency nursing serv­ices and later was promoted to president and chief operating officer.
