>> Healani Land Co. has promoted Stacy Philippou to president and chief operating officer. She succeeds founder Howard K.O. Chong Jr., who continues in an advisory role as chief executive officer and chairman. Philippou also serves as director of commercial property management for Avalon Commercial LLC, a subsidiary of Avalon Group.
>> The Laylow, Autograph Collection has hired Heidi Maxwell as assistant general manager, previously director of rooms at Aston Waikiki Sunset. Maxwell’s experience also includes management positions at Four Seasons Hualalai; Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa; and The Modern Honolulu; as well as five years’ experience in military housing, with Forest City Residential Group and Army Hawaii Family Housing.
>> DataHouse has named Hong Phan co-president, and she will also serve as president of DataHouse Asia, the firm’s new subsidiary based in Vietnam. Phan joined DataHouse in July 2018 as a chief technical architect. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the information technology industry, including as chief technology architect for BIAS Corp., principal sales consultant for Oracle and chief technical architect for HP Enterprises Services in San Diego.
