BERKELEY, Calif. >> A former University of California, Berkeley fraternity member was arrested for allegedly punching, biting and sexually assaulting two women, one of them at a fraternity house, authorities said today.

Finn Wolff, 20, was arrested on Tuesday and was charged with rape, forced oral copulation and other felonies related to the November 2017 and March 2019 attacks.

Wolff was arraigned Thursday and his bail was set at $750,000, the San Jose Mercury News reported.

It wasn’t clear whether he had an attorney.

Police said investigators think there may be additional victims.

Prosecutors contend that Wolff held down a woman during the March attack at his home and bit her several times.

The woman told investigators that Wolff backed her into a balcony railing, kissed her and punched her in the eye and ribs when she tried to push him away. He then forced her to perform oral sex, prosecutors contended.

A second woman came forward during the investigation and alleged that in 2017 Wolff bruised, bit and raped her at a fraternity near campus, court documents indicated.
