First the Democrats wanted us to believe that President Donald Trump was a puppet of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Having failed at that, they now want us to believe Attorney General William Barr would risk his stellar reputation to become a puppet of the president.

Barr was the attorney general under President George H.W. Bush. It is well known that the Bush family is not very supportive of Trump. Barr disclosed that he and Special Counsel Robert Mueller are good friends going back decades.

Apparently our congressional delegation has bought the line and is trying to convince us it’s true. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me 50 times over two years, shame on me.
