Hickam Federal Credit Union will begin serving residents of Windward Oahu when it opens its seventh branch Monday in Windward Mall. The branch is located on the first floor of the Macy’s wing.
The new branch of the state’s sixth-largest credit union will feature an open-concept design with teller stations, and a lobby with an advanced ATM that accepts cash and check deposits without using an envelope.
A grand opening will be held 9 a.m. to 2 p.m April 27.
Hickam FCU, which was established in 1936, has more than 48,000 members and over $582 million in assets as of Dec. 31. It is a member-owned financial cooperative that is open to anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school on Oahu.

Wells Fargo Advisors has named Keri A. Nishimura, a financial advisor with its Honolulu branch, as the managing director of investments. Nishimura has 24 years of financial services industry experience, including 10 years with Wells Fargo Advisors.
Honolulu Community Action Program has announced that Tekawitha Iese has been selected as the community services manager at HCAP’s Leahi District Service Center in Palolo. Iese first started at HCAP in 2006 as a Head Start assistant teacher then served as a Head Start family advocate as well as a Head Start ERSEA family advocate, Head Start family advocate mentor and Head Start ERSEA program manager.
Ameriprise Financial Services has promoted Alan Kuroiwa to vice president. His responsibilities include helping clients achieve their financial success. Kuroiwa has more than 29 years of financial services industry experience.
