Many pro-vacation rental/TVU operators say that they need extra money and that is why they rent to tourists, often illegally.

How about renting to local families and students who are in dire need of affordable rentals? Those operators who are renting illegally to tourists, have removed housing from our local rental market.

Help us out, rent to them and you can earn money instead of being greedy and exploiting the higher dollar market. Be a good citizen and neighbor.
