The City Council’s arguing that the taxpayers not foot the legal expenses for ex-Police Chief Louis Kealoha was the right thing to do (“Honolulu City Council members oppose Kealoha fees,” Star-Advertiser, April 4).
That “public servant” already did wanton damage to our city; he shamed us all.
Perhaps some on the Police Commission who think otherwise might want to help the Kealohas by paying for such fees out of their own pockets. My share of tax that I pay is for the needy — not the greedy.
