A new year has arrived. Will it be a lucky one for owners of properties along Halawa Stream?

Word of rain puts us on high alert. We are aware how easily we could lose this game of Russian roulette our governments have put us in.

After 35 years, we are still expected to quietly accept explanations such as the lack of funds, need for permits, appropriate staging area, etc., as reasons for the continued delay in performing required maintenance to safeguard our properties.

We deserve respect. Action. Immediate resolution.
