More than 100,000 residents and visitors are expected to view the annual Fireworks by Grucci display that will begin at 11:55 p.m. tonight from a barge in waters off Waikiki Beach.

Sponsored by members of the Waikiki Improvement Association, the show will be between eight and 10 minutes long. It will feature designs of palm trees, rings, strobes, sparkling fans, colorful falling leaves, brocades and willows falling into the ocean before ending with a grand finale.

Music synchronized to accompany the fireworks can be heard on Salem Radio stations Kool Gold 107.9 AM/FM The Answer, Country 97.5 and 95.1 Real Country.
