Paul Yonamine, who was named Wednesday as chairman and CEO of Central Pacific Bank’s holding company and executive chairman of the bank, will receive an annual salary of $525,000, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Yonamine, 61, also will receive a one-time grant of Central Pacific Financial Corp. restricted stock valued at $1 million that will be made on Feb. 15 and will vest over three years. He also will be eligible to participate in the company’s annual incentive plan with a target opportunity of 75 percent of annual base salary and payout based on achievement of corporate goals and individual performance. In addition, he will be eligible to participate in the company’s annual long-term inventive plan with a target opportunity of 80 percent of annual base salary with vesting based on achievements of a mix of predetermined corporate goals and time.

Girl Scouts of Hawaii has appointed Kimberly Canepa Morris as their chief operating officer. She will oversee the organization’s ongoing procedures and operations. Prior to joining Girl Scouts of Hawaii, Morris was the director of Annual Giving at Chaminade University and also served as president of Junior Achievement of Hawaii.
Altres, the largest human resources organization in Hawaii, has announced that Siana Austin Hunt is its new director of corporate philanthropy as of Monday. She will develop not only a philanthropy plan but s a comprehensive, multi-faceted program, in which the cornerstone is leadership development across Hawaii in the communities that Altres serves. Hunt was previously the CEO of Make-A-Wish Hawaii.
