Kahuku Medical Center has chosen industry veteran Alan MacPhee as its chief executive officer.
MacPhee, who most recently was CEO of John C. Fremont Health District Hospital in Mariposa, Calif., has held CEO and chief financial officer positions in various critical access hospitals since 1998. It provides 24/7 emergency services; a full-service primary care clinic for adults, women and children; and ancillary medical services such as rehabilitation, clinical laboratory, radiology including CT, inpatient pharmacy, social services, dietary and long-term care.
