Kahuku 51, Aiea 7
The Red Raiders scored on their first six drives en route to an easy win over Na Alii.
Kahuku dominated the first half on offense. Running back Enoch Nawahine rushed for 159 yards in just over one quarter of play, and quarterback Thorton Alapa was able to generate multiple big plays, including a 65-yard bomb to Kaonohi Kaniho, and a 40-yard touchdown run off a broken-play scramble. Alapa took over for star passer Sol-Jay Maiava, who departed after leading two scoring drives to open the game.
Aiea was able to move the ball in spurts against the powerful Kahuku defense, but only once in the first half were Na Alii able to advance the ball past midfield.

No. 3 Mililani 49, Clayton Valley Charter 30
Trojans running back Kilifi Malepeai rushed for four touchdowns in Concord, Calif., and Mililani earned its first win on the mainland in program history.
Mililani’s only other trip to the continent to play was a 76-53 loss to Liberty (Nev.) in 2015.
Trojans quarterback Dillon Gabriel finished 15-for-26 for 156 yards with a 15-yard touchdown pass to Raysen Motoyama late in the fourth quarter for Mililani’s final score.
Malepeai scored all four of his touchdowns on runs of 6 yards or less. Darius Muasau added the other rushing TD for the Trojans, who are 4-0 for the first time since 2014.
“It’s been a fun trip,” Mililani coach Rod York said in a phone interview after the game. “Clayton Valley is a tough team. There are years where they are the No. 1 rushing team in the nation, and it wasn’t easy for us.
“We schedule them because they basically run wildcat every single down and Kahuku basically plays that, so it will help us get better and get ready for next week against Farrington, which is also a run-heavy team.”
Centennial (Ore.) 14, Radford 12
Rams quarterback Randy Wright threw a touchdown pass to Taias Savea with 1:05 remaining but couldn’t complete the 2-point conversion that would have tied the game in Gresham, Ore.
The host Eagles (1-0) recovered the ensuing onside kick and took a knee to run out the clock.
Wright tried to throw a fade pass to Matai Suitonu in the left corner of the end zone on the 2-point conversion but overthrew his receiver.
Radford (1-3) got its only win this season by forfeit and has lost all 11 games played on a field dating back to the 2015 Division II state title game.
The Rams are 2-2 on the mainland since 2012.
