Woman in critical condition after being pulled from water in Waikiki
A woman who appeared to be in her 30s was in critical condition today after an apparent near drowning in Waikiki, emergency responders said.
The incident happened just after 8 a.m. near 2403 Kalakaua Ave., an Emergency Medical Services report said.
Lifeguards pulled the woman from the water off Waikiki Beach and began CPR.
Paramedics arrived and treated the woman with advanced medical care before taking her to a hospital in critical condition.
