Pow! Wow! founder Jasper Wong and tokidoki creator Simone Legno will team up during the Honolulu Museum of Art’s ARTafterDARK, from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, to paint a mural and launch an exclusive new collaborative design at the Museum Shop.

From 6 to 6:30 p.m., guests will be able to meet Wong and Legno in the shop, where their design will be available for purchase on T-shirts and prints.

Wong is lead director of Pow! Wow!, a network of artists that organizes art exhibitions, installations and related events around the world.

Legno grew up in Rome with a fascination with Japanese pop culture, reflected in his graphic aesthetic. His characters, ranging from Cactus Friends to Donutella, grace an array of products ranging from T-shirts and handbags to cosmetics.
