The annual regional convention of Jehovah’s Witnesses starts this weekend.

The annual regional convention of Jehovah’s Witnesses — “Don’t Give Up!” — starts this weekend and will continue every Friday, Saturday and Sunday until Aug. 27 at the Mililani Assembly Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 239 Palii St.
The sessions, which started Friday, are free and open to the public. Programs will be available in English and other languages on the following dates:
Today and Sunday — Chuukese; Friday to July 2 — Spanish; July 7-9 — American Sign Language; July 21- 23 — Japanese; Aug. 4-6 — Tagalog; Aug. 11-13 — Marshallese; Aug. 18-20 — Ilocano; and Aug. 25-27 — Samoan.
Although no sessions will be held in Hawaiian, groups in Waimanalo and Maili regularly hold Bible studies in Hawaiian, and anyone may request a home Bible study, a news release said.
